Pickup: We’ll confirm the terminal + meeting instructions by text. If you prefer a meet-and-greet inside, request it when you book.
Flight delays: Include your flight number so we can adjust when possible.

Pickup: Curbside pickup at the designated passenger area unless otherwise directed by airport staff.

Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) — pickup basics
Pickup: Curbside pickup at the designated passenger loading area unless otherwise directed by airport staff.
Best for: Regional flights, quick turnarounds, and Daytona-area hotels and venues.

How do I get a quote?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, and earlier for early-morning flights, weekends, and events.
Do you offer on-demand rides?
No. We operate by reservation to ensure reliability and clear pickup coordination.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Standard policy is 24 hours notice for a full refund/credit. Same-day cancellations may be charged a dispatch fee.
Car seats and children?
Families are welcome. Customers provide and install car seats as required by law. Tell us what you’re bringing in your notes.
Luggage limits?
Capacity depends on passengers and bag sizes. Mention strollers, golf clubs, coolers, or oversized items in your request.
Wheelchairs / accessibility?
We are ambulatory-only. The vehicle is not wheelchair/lift equipped and cannot transport wheelchairs that require lift access.
